Originally priced to sell at $17000.00, but recently when the below work was performed the Jag shop found the front left side engine bracket had cracked and is cutting in to the oil pan and the front floor boards rusted. At my age 75, I am done with cars and will give this car away for $8000.00. 1967 Jaguar 420 4.2 Liter 255Hp. straight 6-cylinder, 4 Door Sedan. This Jaguar with 53000 miles has been in storage for many years. Prior to purchasing it in 2014 it was last licensed in 1974 in California. The front and rear seats have been rebuilt and the blue leather was handmade exact to factory, (cost over $13,000 installed in 2020. Most doors, windows (except front windshield), trunk, and hood rubber seals have been replaced. The air conditioner is a trunk mount unit that has been converted to a 134-refrigerant system. All gauges seem to be working and the radio has been replaced with a modern AM/FM with hookups for a MP3 player. (the OE radio comes with the car). In the past year a complete tune up was performed with the carburetors gone thru. The battery, starter, alternator, both intake manifolds, front shocks, most brake parts were replaced and both fuel tanks have been refurbished with fuel gauges and sending units replaced and much more. Engine and tranny are very good.
