This partially restored and meticulously cared for 1931 MODEL A has been housed in climate controlled conditions for many years. Presently she is stored for the Winter at the Newport Auto Museum located in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Please email [email protected] if you are interested and I will make arrangements for your viewing. This car is mostly original with only a few minor mechanical repairs and/or replacements to maintain mechanical perfection and enhance the beauty of this classic Gem. In pleasant weather she can be seen driving in Rhode Island and attending the Audrain Museum Classic Car shows where she has been a consistent attraction. Featuring a cream colored pin stripe all along the body and dashboard with color coordinated wire wheels, Ford leather logo covered dual spare tires, dual side mounted mirrors, wind wings, auxiliary mirrors, tilt windshield, wide running boards, beautiful interior both in the main cabin and “rumble“ seat. This stunning convertible will provide years of showing or touring enjoyment. She starts right up, runs great, and drives very smoothly and shifts crisply through the sliding gears. Historically she was part of a classic collection in Smithfield, Rhode Island and sometime in the late 80’s early 90’s she was relocated to Bartlett/North Conway, New Hampshire to be a new member of another private Classic collection. She only appeared to the Public for the Notth Conway, NH 4th of July parade. Several years ago, she was transported to her present residence in Portsmouth Rhode Island where she spends most weekends touring Aquidneck Island and the many Mansions on Bell-view Avenue of Newport.
She is affectionately named “Daisy” and proudly shows her License Plate as “Daisy 3”.
