This is a very nice '73 Trans AM 455 finished in Buccaneer Red. It
was built in the Norwood, Ohio plant and sold New at Boas Pontiac
in San Francisco, CA. That explains the overall solid and rust free
body on this TA. Power comes from it's original numbers matching
Pontiac 455 that has been fully rebuilt by Butler Performance
(Estimated at 500HP) that is fitted with FAST EZ-EFI and a Turbo
400 Automatic Transmission. Upgrades to the Engine include
Edelbrock Heads and Intake, a Comp-Cam Roller Camshaft, MSD
Ignition and more!
So you know this Trans AM goes as good as it shows!!! The paint
presents well overall, but it does have some minor flaws. Nothing
that takes away from the overall beauty of this performance
oriented Pontiac. Consider it a nice driver quality finish. It you
are looking to own a 455 Pontiac Trans AM, you should give this one
a serious look.
