Vehicle Description
2001 PT Cruiser Limo - Winner of the 2024 Best Back Seat Award at
the Concours d'Lemons Amelia IslandWalk Around Video available on
our YouTube Channel at https://youtu.be/2Deni5C5BOc.It's time to
say goodbye to our beloved PT Cruiser Limo after many miles and
countless smiles. This quirky, fun limo has been a hit everywhere
we've taken it, and yes, it took home the 2024 Best Back Seat award
at the Concours d'Lemons in Amelia Island?trophy included with the
sale! We've taken this limo on adventures up and down the East
Coast, including some memorable beach trips and one unforgettable
late-night stop at Whataburger (at 2:37 AM, no less). We even
tested its load capacity in Florida?turns out it can fit 11 grown
men (physically grown but mentally stunted) for a 'team-building'
backseat experience! The limo has been well-loved by our crew,
especially our shop manager who had his own late night PT Cruiser
ritual. My kids have also had their fair share of road trips and
parties in the back, making memories we'll cherish for a
lifetime.Key Details & Recent Maintenance:New tires and front
brakes (pads and rotors)New timing belt, tensioner, water pump,
motor mount kit, torque strut, torque strut mount, and serpentine
beltRear stereo upgrade (Bluetooth is now flawless, so no more
losing connection every 30 seconds when rolling up to the
club!)Interior Features: The back of the limo is everything you'd
expect from an early 2000s stretch ride: an advanced light show,
mirrored ceiling, champagne flutes, and ice well. The accessories
are classic limo fare, but the experience is pure 90s nostalgia. Be
sure to check out our walk-around video on YouTube for a full tour
of all the features.A Story to Remember: You might notice a
mismatched wheel?there's a story behind that. We took the limo out
in downtown Charleston before a Low Country Series Land Rover
event, where our Designated Driver, Judah Londo, apparently
confused himself for a Formula 1 driver. Long story short, he
cracked a wheel. If you see Judah trolling around Charleston (he
creeps up on you like wine), feel free to crack him on our behalf!A
Perfect Dollar-to-Fun Ratio: Let's be real?you're not buying this
limo for pristine coachwork or showroom-quality paint. The
conversion was probably done by the shadiest company cranking out
limos in the '90s or early 2000s. But that's part of its charm!
What you are getting is a mechanically sound, hilariously fun, and
totally unique ride that's guaranteed to turn heads. This PT Cruiser
Limo is priced below what we've put into it, and I firmly believe
its dollar-to-fun ratio is unbeatable. If you're looking for a
quirky, affordable limo that'll make every trip an adventure, this
is the one.
