Window Pickup full Custom These trucks were part of GMs Advanced
Design Series, with more comfort and room. The cab design was
described as having Unisteel Battleship Construction. These vintage
pickups have very strong collector support and they make great
custom trucks. This particular example is finished in Bright Orange
with a black bucket seat interior trim. Powered by a GM big block
454 V8 with 4bbl carb and mated to turbo automatic transmission
with column shift and 3.73 rear gear it is a great cruiser. New
aftermarket air conditioning. Safety is enhanced by excellent front
disc and rear drum brakes along with Mustang II style power rack
and pinion steering. There are newer 255/55R16 front and 255/55R18
rear tires on American Racing polished 5 spoke wheels. The bed is
finished off with new cabinet grade oak and color keyed painted rub
strips. The grill is chrome. The great thing is this is a done
ready to go cruiser with a full compliment of Dakota Digital
working gauges. Notice all the little touches also like, tilt
wheel, dual outside mirrors, and a fuel filler door that pops open.
