The engine is on full display, showing off its 22-bolt finned aluminum Offenhauser heads, polished aluminum Edelbrock 3-2 intake, triple Stromberg 97 carburetors, custom painted oil pan, Walker radiator with electric fans, chrome generator-style alternator and ceramic coated headers with side pipes. Power is sent back to a Ford 9-inch rear end with 3.50 gears. The front suspension system is chromed, and the Vega steering box and steering linkage are painted to match the car.
