FIAT 500 SPORT “barchetta”
This car was a prototype for Mille Miglia, but never used for race. The owner moved in Argentinia and the car was abandoned in the body shop for decades .
The body has been completely sanded, checked, reinforced and treated with anti corrosion , the skin has been partially replaced due to corrosion and few holes ( it s hand made aluminium ). The color is FIAT , original formula.
About the engine , has been completely overhauled ( I drove just 96 km). It s an sport engine, with two Weber carburetors, cam shaft modified, bigger valves, Abarth water pump with thermostatic valve, aluminium oil sump , as well !!
Gear box has been overhauled , all bearings and gaskets replaced. Brakes, tires and tubes are new.
Spoked wheels are original BORRANI Record 15 x 2,75 .
All wirings are new, the odometer and fuel indicator as well !! The others instruments are overhauled.
Interiors remade with original eco leather .
