Absolutely Stunning Special Order 1970 383 4 speed pistol grip Barracuda. Born in LA as 1 of 464 383 automatic 4bbl cars. With 44,000 Original Miles, the car spent the majority of its life stored in a barn after it was imported to Germany. I’m moving to Texas from Hamburg and have brought the car with me to sell in the U.S. All work was done by my American classic car restoration shop in Germany. This is my personal Car. If you aren’t familiar with the perfectionist standards of European restoration shops, it’s worth researching to understand. The Underside and floors were dry ice blasted. The only replacement Sheetmetal is ¼ of the trunk pan. All Suspension components were gone through and replaced, repaired and painted. The Interior is original and optioned with the rare rally dash. The paint was done in Germany and is absolute perfection. Engine is a time correct 383 just a couple vin numbers below the original one. The engine was removed resealed, repainted, and all necessary accessories, belts hoses, and wiring was replaced. The Car was originally green with a white vinyl top from the factory. The missing trim around the taillights, wheel arch, and marker lights are on the way and will be installed. The only thing keeping it from being a full restoration is the original interior and the fact that it is not “frame off.” The car is low mileage and original, it was worth more to preserve it than replace everything. Everything works exactly as it should aside from the clock. New: -Engine removed, resealed, painted (Carb rebuilt and all necessary maintenance done/accessories replaced) -Paint (Disassembled, painted inside/out) -Suspension removed, underside Ice blasted, undercoated -All new suspension components front to back (Drives like a new car) -All new fuel/brake lines - Fuel Tank -Shocks -Brakes ….Everything underneath the car is New
