Classic Car Addict is proud to present this awesome 1983 Chevrolet C10 short bed for sale in our Mesa, Arizona showroom. The Chevrolet C/K is a series of trucks that was manufactured by General Motors from the 1960 to 2002 model years.
The third-generation C/K was introduced for the 1973 model year. Designated the "Rounded Line" generation by General Motors, the C/K grew inside and out. As pickup trucks increased in use as personal vehicles, cab features and options moved closer in line with GM sedans (with power windows and power door locks becoming options). While relatively straight-lined and boxy in appearance (leading to their "square body" nickname from the public) the rounded line trucks were the first generation of the C/K to be designed with the use of computers and wind tunnels, optimizing the exterior shape for lower drag and improved fuel economy.
The interior is finished in all new black carpet and a newly finished black vinyl bench seat with cup holders located inside of the bench. Consignor upgraded the gauges to digital with gauges for volts, fuel, oil, temp, MPH, and RPM. Tinted windows all the way around and sliding back window. There are no seat belts currently installed. It also has automatic windows and locks. AC was recently serviced and in full working order, some interior vents need replaced. The factory radio was removed, space is open for a new unit.
The exterior was recently painted grabber blue, and the bed was finished in black bedliner. It features a fleetside bed, new LED lights, chrome bumpers and dual fuel tanks (both tanks are in working order). When you start her up, the DYNOMAX dual side exhaust sounds awesome! The C10 rolls on NITTO tires, 255/45ZR20's all the way around and black/chrome 20-inch US MAG wheels.
Engine was overhauled in mid-2024 and features a Chevrolet 350 block with a mild cam, a four-speed automatic transmission, aluminum heads, aluminum intake, and Thorley long tube headers. She currently has 357 miles since built. New AC compressor, new Edelbrock air cleaner, and features a Marshall fuel pressure gauge and Shock Proof external temperature gauge. It has a 10-bolt rear end and has power front disc brakes and rear drum.
