Vehicle Description
This 1999 Plymouth Prowler is finished in Prowler Yellow over Agate
leather and is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 paired with a four-speed
automatic transaxle. Equipment includes staggered-diameter
five-spoke wheels, a black convertible soft top, air conditioning,
cruise control, and an AM/FM cassette stereo with a CD changer.
This Prowler has 17k miles and is now offered with the owner's
manual, a car cover, a trickle charger, spare parts, a clean Carfax
report, and a clean South Carolina title. The Prowler was based on
a Chip Foose concept that was penned while he studied at the Art
Center College of Design. This example is finished in Prowler
Yellow and features split rear bumpers with integrated lights as
well as cycle-style front fenders, dual exhaust outlets, and a
black manually operated convertible top that stows in the
rear-hinged trunk. The cockpit features bolstered bucket seats
upholstered in Agate leather with embossed Prowler logos on the
seatbacks along with color-coordinated door panels. The AutoStick
shifter allows manual gear selection for the automatic transaxle,
and additional equipment includes carpeted floor mats with yellow
embroidered Prowler logos and script, air conditioning, cruise
control, remote keyless entry, a seven-speaker Infinity sound
system, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo paired with a CD changer.
Chrome-finished five-spoke 17 front and 20 rear wheels wear 225/45
front and 295/40 rear Falkin Azenis FK510 tires that were mounted
in February 2022. The suspension utilizes coilovers mounted inboard
of the narrow front bodywork, and braking is from four-wheel
ventilated discs. The leather-wrapped steering wheel features
cruise control buttons and frames an AutoMeter tachometer. A
body-color instrument panel houses a central 150-mph speedometer as
well as gauges for voltage, oil pressure, fuel level, and coolant
temperature. The digital odometer indicates 17k miles. The
aluminum-block 3.5-liter V6 was factory rated at 253 horsepower and
255 lb-ft of torque. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through
a torque tube and a rear-mounted four-speed automatic transaxle. A
set of four yellow caliper covers is included in the sale along
with the owner's manual, a trickle charger, and a car cover.
