This 1967 Chevrolet Corvette coupe was refurbished and modified
under prior ownership. Finished in black over tan leather
upholstery, the car is powered by a replacement 350ci V8 mated to a
Tremec five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip
differential. Equipment includes a Holley Tri-Power carburetor,
aluminum cylinder heads, MSD electronic ignition, 17 Foose wheels,
Baer Racing four-wheel disc brakes, a Detroit Speed power steering
kit, Ridetech adjustable coilovers, a 2.5 custom exhaust system,
retractable headlights, split chrome bumpers, a stinger-style hood,
Classic Industries gauges, VintageAir climate control, power
windows, and a push-button radio. This C2 is offered in Texas with
a clean Montana title.
The fiberglass body is finished in black and features a curved
glass rear window, a stinger-style hood with gold-painted accents,
retractable headlights, and fender vents. Additional exterior
details include split chrome bumpers, dual side mirrors, dual
exhaust outlets exiting through the rear valence, and dual side
pipes.
Bronze-finished 17 Foose wheels are mounted with 225/45 front and
225/55 rear General G-Max tires. The car has been modified with a
Detroit Speed power steering kit, Ridetech adjustable coilovers,
and custom fabricated front and rear control arms. Braking is
handled by Baer Racing four-wheel discs.
The refreshed cabin features two bucket seats upholstered in tan
leather as well as a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and
carpets. Amenities include VintageAir climate control, a vertical
push-button radio linked to aftermarket speakers, an analog clock,
and lap belts. A hula girl bobblehead is mounted to the dash.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames Classic Instruments gauges
including a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and
auxiliary gauges for fuel level, amperage, oil pressure, and
coolant temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 1,500 miles.
Total mileage is unknown.
The Edelbrock 350ci crate V8 was installed under prior ownership
and is equipped with Corvette-branded valve covers, aluminum
cylinder heads, Holley Tri-Power carburetors and exhaust manifolds,
an American Autowire wiring harness, MSD electronic ignition, and a
custom 2.5 exhaust system with an electronic dual-mode switch.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec five-speed manual
transmission and a limited-slip differential that were installed
under prior ownership, at which time the frame and differential are
said to have been powdercoated.
