1980 Peterbilt 352 4-Car Concept Transporter

From the early days of Concept Transporters comes this beautiful
red four-car coach. Originally a southern California truck, the rig
went to Chicago where it was used for vintage racing 3-4 times per
year, serviced yearly and stored indoors. Most recently it has been
used for vintage racing in Northern California and Washington.
Registered as an RV in Washington. Currently located at Concept
Transporters facility in Fresno, CA.

Custom Conversion Details
•Custom box built and installed on truck: Overall box dimensions:
31'-2" long x 110" tall x 96" wide. Box is built using slotted
aluminum logistic posts in walls, 4" steel crossmembers, riveted
aluminum exterior paneling, aluminum roof skin, extruded aluminum
upper rail, extruded aluminum lower rub rail, 1-1/8" laminated
hardwood flooring, 1/4" plywood between logistic posts, and
pre-painted white aluminum ceiling
•Interior Box Dimensions: 31'-8" from liftgate load surface to
interior of front wall x 93-1/2" wide (between walls) x 103-1/4"
tall (floor to ceiling).
•Full belly boxes down both sides with all stainless steel doors,
hinges, and latches. All boxes are painted and some contain shelves
and/or existing equipment.
• Custom stainless steel fenders.
• 4.000lb capacity Concept hydraulic liftgate. 12V and 110V
hydraulic pumps. Custom 55" slide-out platform extension for
loading longer wheelbase cars. Total load surface length: I I'-6"
liftgate + 55" extension. (2) 12V 8D batteries for liftgate
operation. Polished stainless steel exterior skin.- Liftgate
cylinders rebuilt and liftgate serviced in 2022
• 28ft. of adjustable aluminum decking: Deck ramps are 27" wide and
have (1) row of integrated -track holes punched into load surface.
Decks are set at 48" from floor to underside of decks and 53" from
load surface to under ceiling. Decks are 2-1/4" thick. Decks clip
into walls and are adjustable in 8" vertical increments. Decks also
feature chrome plated steel removable load bars between the ramps.
Removable deck section across side door. 3500lb max car capacity on
aluminum decking.
•Full Length Custom Race Canopy and extensions off both ends: Main
canopy is 30�-4" � 18' projection and each extension is 14'-4"x 18'
projection.
• Custom aluminum stairs to side door.
• Custom aluminum round tube ladder that clips onto side of body
for access to roof.
• Custom aluminum frame observation deck system. Size is
approximately 8' x 15* and features folding aluminum rail system
and aluminum diamond plate load surface. Observation deck is
installed on the front of the box roof.
• Wall wood paneling and floors finished in a gloss
polyurethane.
• (2) Rows of recessed E-track on main floor. • 12V lights in
ceiling and lower sections of walls.
• (2) 110V fluorescent lights in ceiling towards front. • 80gallon
Fresh water tank mounted in curbside 2nd belly box.
• Black water tank mounted in roadside front belly box.
• Toilet and shower installed on floor in front of box: (sliding
curtain just behind both).
• Portable A//C unit installed on front wall.
• TV installed on front wall. Microwave mounted on shelf installed
on front wall. • (1) Fold-down sofa bed installed on roadside wall
near front. • Propane water heater, propane tank, and 12V house
battery installed in front curbside belly box.
