This 1926 Ford Roadster T Bucket grabs attention with its Blue
Pearl Metallic finish. The steel body sits on a TCI chassis, giving
it a low, aggressive stance. Gold and polished aluminum Redline
wheels, wrapped in Nitto NTSSS G2 tires (275/35ZR18 front,
315/40ZR18 rear), provide serious grip. Side pipes and an aluminum
fuel cell add to its hot rod credentials. The wipers are deleted
for a clean look.
The custom saddle tan interior features vinyl and suede with a
sharp diamond-stitched pattern on the panels and seats. A slick
display screen modernizes the dash, while a Momo polished aluminum
and wood grain steering wheel adds a touch of class. The tall
billet aluminum shifter arm and drilled billet foot pedals showcase
the attention to detail. An E-Stop push button emergency brake
system adds a high-tech safety feature.
Powering this hot rod is a 351 Cleveland V8 engine (1971-1974),
boasting 4-bolt mains and high output. It's fed by a Holley Sniper
EFI system sitting atop an Aluminum Edelbrock RPM Air Gap high-rise
manifold. The engine is dressed with fluted Ford Racing valve
covers and air cleaner. A Tremec TKO 5-speed manual transmission
(TR3550) puts the power to the pavement through a Ford 9-inch rear
end with 3.81:1 gears. The chassis features tubular control A-arms
with coilovers up front and a four-link suspension with adjustable
coilovers in the rear. Wilwood 4-wheel disc brakes with 4-piston
calipers provide serious stopping power.
