Meet " Dudley Philip Morris".
A beautifully restored (not perfect), award winning, head turning Morris Minor 1000.
As second owners, he was purchased in '94 as a project. After many hours over many years of hard work, "Dudley" saw his first street miles in '07. You can see photos of his restoration.
The work done is as follows.
Full rehab of under carriage. 3 point seat belts for modified front seats. Rear seats modified as well. New upholstery for all seats. Keyless entry. Fresh paint. Full polyurethane suspension kit. Upgraded electrical. Upgraded brake system. New points and rotor for original Sprite 1275 engine. Spare tire is mounted using original license plate holes and can be put back to original.
Upon purchase, the following will be provided. 5 new hubcaps, new battery, car cover. All documentation, which includes. Current registration, tags, and insurance. Also receipts for every parts purchased, electrical schematics, parts catalogs one of which is directly from Sussex England. Also included is the law enforcement vehicle inspection sign off. One day after inspection, "Dudley" was changed from non-op status and has remained that way since.
What is not included is the award "Dudley" has won.
"Dudley" has brought much joy and memories. As sad as it is to see "Dudley" go. We would love him to have new parents that will take good care of him and drive him. May he give you lots of joy and memories as he did for us.
