1970 CHEVROLET CHEVELLE SS 396 BUILD SHEET, PS, PDB, TREMEC 5
SPEED!! This 1970 Chevelle is absolutely gorgeous in its original
color Fathom Blue, code 28. The body is gorgeous and very straight
down both sides with great fit and finish. The paint has a smooth
glossy finish. The White SS stripes are under the clear coat and
smooth to the touch. It sports a functional Cowl Induction hood
with factory hood pins. All the stainless and trim are like new.
The door handles, mirrors, front and rear bumpers have been
rechromed and look very shiny. It has new headlight bezels. The
front grill and SS emblem are like new. It also has new weather
stripping and window seals. The interior is like new from the
carpet to the headliner. In between the Black bucket seats is a
factory console with a shifter coming out of it with the correct
Tremec 5 speed white ball! The door panels, arm rests, window
cranks and door handles are like new. The dash is in excellent
shape, no cracks. It has the optional U14 factory tach and gauges.
The dash pad is nice, no cracks. It also has a retro AM/FM radio!
The undercarriage is clean, original floors, no signs of patches
and is rust free. Looking up at the bottom of the motor it is
clean. It has an upgraded Tremec 5-speed manual transmission. There
are power front disc brakes. It also has newer springs, front and
rear shocks. The 12 bolt rear end has 3:31 gears. It also features
a dual exhaust system that runs all the way out the back with the
correct cowbell tips. The E-brake assembly is complete and working.
The undercarriage is painted and has a nice satin black finish. The
engine compartment has its number matching suffix code CTX
396ci/350hp V8 engine with a Holley dual feed carburetor with
correct fuel line, correct Cowl Induction air cleaner and factory
chrome valve covers. It has a 4-core radiator with the correct fan
shroud (for those hot summer days!), deep groove pulleys, power
steering, newer cadmium plated power brake booster with correct
dual master cylinder, correct spring style battery cables and GM
hoses with correct tower clamps. The engine compartment is finished
with a satin black finish. The trunk compartment is detailed with a
coat of splatter paint, trunk mat, spare tire, and correct 1970
Chevelle jack and lug wrench. This 1970 Chevelle has that WOW!
factor with its complementary colors and its number matching big
block!!! Need I say more?
