1995 Ferrari 355 Spider for sale, finished in Rossa Corsa with Nero interior and currently showing 28,690 miles. Purchased by its current owner in 2000 in Italy, driven through Europe, and then brought to the US to be correctly converted to US specifications in 2001 by G&K Automotive in Santa Ana, California. This attractive example includes purchase, import, and conversion documentation, service receipts along with books, tools, and factory cover.
The 3.5 liter (3,496 cc) V8 starts and runs smoothly. The last major engine-out service was in late 2023, less than 100 miles ago. The 6-speed transmission shifts nicely through the gears, and the braking and suspension are quick and responsive. The owner states that around 2019, it had a $22k+ major service at Competizion Motors in Sonoma, California. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts to obtain a copy of the repair order for this service, they have yet to respond yet will include it if/when it is received.
The exterior shows well. The Rossa Corsa paint shines nicely, and the cloth top is tidy with nice stitching and a clear rear window. The top works intermittently; the shop recommends top service/bleeding rams, though it opens and closes with a bypass switch. Factory wheels are in very good condition, with an older set of Pirelli P Zero P265/40 ZR 18s at the rear and P225/40 ZR 18s up front. The trim, glass, emblems, and badging show well.
The cockpit is tidy, with nice leather, carpeting, dash, cards, and door panels. All systems are in good working order except for the aftermarket stereo, which recently failed and has been disconnected. The air conditioning was recently serviced and blows cold, though the center vents are inoperable. Also, please note that the three dash vents and steering wheel column cover are sticky. The e-brake is working; however, the contact switch is worn. Otherwise, all other switches are in good condition, and the interior is very comfortable.
