This week Canyon State Classics has the honor of bringing to market a LOW MILE, all-original, unmodified 1988 Nissan 300ZX 2+2 coupe in AG2 Aztec Red on optional Grey leather interior. This Z31 was purchased new at Neil Huffman Nissan of Louisville, KY on Nov 17th 1988 by its original owner. The car resided with its first two KY owners through 2009 when it changed hands and was moved to OH while being used sparingly. This owner subsequently brought the car out to AZ in 2020 where it resided before finding us. The past few years have seen a steady incline in 90's Japanese turbo cars such as the 300zx, RX7 and Supra. The body of this 2+2 coupe is finished in beautiful AZtec Red. The original paint was just fully buffed and hand waxed. This Z has always been well cared for its entire life and really shows. The car is riding on a beautiful set of Nissan 16" alloys. They are in like-new condition with zero curb rash of any kind. They were also just treated to a fresh set of Toyo tires. Carfax is clean with no accidents and shows ownership history in KY, OH and AZ. Overall the exterior of this car is very nice and shows only few chips and minor imperfections which can be seen in the photos.

The interior of this Z31 is shown in optional grey leather. The interior is in very nice condition with minimal signs of wear at all and its as stock as it was the day it rolled off the lot at Nissan! The original head unit and equalizer are a symbol of the era. Everything works and it is fully optioned with everything offered. The full digital dash, cluster and steering wheel controls really emphasize all available options for this coupe. All T-top trim is in great shape and the sun shade inserts are present and undamaged as well. The original Nissan floor mats are also included and in great condition- a testament to how careful and caring the previous owner was!

Mechanically, this 300ZX is as sorted as the rest of the car. The 3.0L V6 really moves this little sports coupe. Past ownership looked after the car diligently and made sure it was always under the watchful eye of the dealer. A breif summary of the documented service history is below. We have put this car through our shop and replaced the battery, engine oil, filters and tires. No modifications have been made to the drive train. The car gets into boost as it should, shifts great and does not smoke at start up. This car is ready to be enjoyed as a weekend driver or even as a collector's item.. its that nice!
