Vehicle Description
1978 Ford Bronco Custom: This is a California vehicle that has been
garaged most of its life; Body is extremely solid 100% All original
metal Rust Free Body and Frame, never wrecked. When I restored this
Bronco (it was in good shape before I started with only 95,000
original miles) I went a little overboard. The intended goal was to
build a 100% reliable fully capable expeditionary style 4x4 that
could get me to any remote outpost for hunting while being
comfortable and quite to drive. It has met all those goals.
Important: All factory California smog equipment is in place and
replaced with factory parts "all OEM" it passes smog with flying
colors, very clean running. - Factory Accessories: 351M V8 w/ C6
Automatic Transmission, NP205 Transfer Case, Factory A/C, Quad
front shocks, Sway bars, Sliding rear windows, Correct looking
round headlights (updated to CB's) not those ugly square ones. Low
back front bucket seats, Marching rear bench seat, Factory center
console Swing out spare tire carrier, Interval wipers, 33 gal fuel
tank Dana 44 front axle (ARB air locker), 9" Rear axle with
Traction lock limited slip, both have 3.50 Gears. This Bronco
underwent a full mechanical restore in year 2000, only 36K miles
