The C2 generation of the Corvette, also known as the "mid-year"
Corvettes, are commonly regarded as the most beautiful corvettes
ever produced. The mid-year Vettes were produced from 1963 through
1967, this particular Vette being a 1964
This Corvette was produced in October of 1963. An older
restoration, this Corvette belonged to well-known Corvette
collector and member of the New Jersey Corvette Club. Under this
ownership, it was featured in "Blue Bars" magazine for the Nov/Dec
1980 issue just after it was restored. After Custodianship was then
transferred to another Corvette lover, where it was under long term
ownership until most recently acquired by a repeat client and
friend of Autosport Designs. The most recent owner is a New York
collector cared for and enjoyed the Vette sparingly since 2005.
Under the most recent ownership, this corvette has benefitted from
a complete engine overhaul to factory specifications.
This Vette is complete with Factory Owner's Manual, an AM/FM Radio
Guide, a "1964 Owner Protection Plan, "Aluminum Wheel Maintenance
Guide", "Chevrolet Corvette Restoration Guide", a 1964 Corvette
Assembly Manual, Service Records since the Early-2000's, as well as
a set of Original Kelcey-Hayes Knock-off wheels.
This Corvette is exceptional and well serviced in all areas. It is
exceptional in every way, inspections are welcomed, they do not
come to market in this exceptional condition often.
