Porsche 993 911 Carrera S with low miles, 4-speed automatic Tiptronic transmission, clean Carfax report and clear Oregon title.
Engine & Transmission: The 3.6-liter flat-six engine runs strong and delivers power whenever you want it with a factory rating of 282 horsepower. The 4-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission shifts very smoothly. The underside is clean and dry (see photos). All mechanicals are up to date as the car was completely gone through by Eric Jones of Eric Jones Motorsports in Eugene (see receipt’s in the detailed photo link) new rebuilt alternator, front struts, battery. A/C compressor and evaporator, valve cover gasket, steering rack seals etc. Car drives as new.
Body: Finished in black, body panels are all straight. All glass in great shape with no cracks or chips (new windshield). Good gaps. The paint is nice even up close with some blemishes (see video) for close up inspection. Hood has small area where a buffing wheel went through the paint. Passenger rain rail paint has some imperfections and one below the passenger door. Lower rear bumper has two imperfections and one chip on driver rear view mirror and passenger fender. I am pretty particular when it comes to paint condition and after close examination I found this paint job to be very nice with exception of these blemishes. 18” hollow-spoke “turbo twist” wheels on new Michelin pilot sport tires with 2022 date codes. New trunk and engine deck cover struts.
Interior: The leather interior is in great shape. All doors are excellent and no corrosion underneath (see video). The dash and instruments work as they should (except clock). Carpet is clean. No smells or foul odors. Has Becker Porsche CR-210 radio with 6-disc CD changer in trunk. New headliner. Being in this cockpit is a treat. Shifter knob is a stock factory order by the first owner. Comes with books and records (see detailed photos) and Porsche 993 Essential Companion book by Adrian Streather. The speed-activated rear spoiler is shown both lowered and raised (see video) there is also a button by the shifter to activate it. The factory steering wheel incorporates shift buttons for the Tiptronic transmission.
Summary: The 993 was the pinnacle of Porsche air-cooled six-cylinder engines. The classic lines of the “S” make it popular with enthusiasts. This car is in very good condition and perfect for cruising or taking to car shows, a wonderful example of a classic Porsche that is a joy to own and drive.
