This classic among classics 1955 Chevrolet 210 2-door Sedan is now
available at MaxMotive. Recent service has been performed ensuring
that the car starts and runs smoothly and reliably, which it does!
A new fuel pump, electrical work including a new Autogage
tachometer, and new ring and pinion have all been installed in the
last half of 2024. 3.73 gears were installed to replace the 2.23
gear set to liven up the performance. Working in combination with a
Tremec 5-speed manual transmission, the car performs admirably
while being amazingly quiet and comfortable on the highway. The
ride and handling are aided by coilover rear shocks. The tried and
true power source is a 350ci small block with an Edelbrock aluminum
intake. It has been dressed with Edelbrock's tall finned aluminum
valve covers as well. Its golden tones are heard through a full
length dual exhaust system with Dynomax mufflers. Power steering
and power front disc brakes also add to the the car's driveability
and ease of handling. Visually, custom Indigo Blue exterior paint
and iconic chrome 5-spoke Cragar S/S wheels provide the classic
looks. The blue theme is picked up in a handsome blue and white
interior with blue cloth inserts in the seats and door panels, plus
a custom center console with cupholders for the front and rear
passengers. It's the popular 210 2-door post sedan body style and
there are other nice surprises as well. In addition to the
aforementioned power steering and power front disc brakes, you'll
also find a power driver seat, and in the beautiful '55 dash, an
Alpine stereo, and Autometer classic gauges including an attractive
clock in the stock location. In the trunk is a spare tire and a
complete tire change kit with jack. It also comes with an owner's
