STK 3908 1987 Chevrolet Corvette
The C4 Corvette, produced from 1984 to 1996, marked a significant
evolution in Chevrolet's iconic sports car. The C4 featured sharp
lines that gave it a modern and aggressive appearance. The interior
offered a driver-focused cockpit with improved ergonomics and
advanced technology for its time including digital instrumentation.
This 1987 coupe is a classic C4 that has benefited from a partial
restoration and is in overall very good condition. The exterior has
been recently refinished in Medium Blue Metallic and shows well.
Distinctive factory 16" alloy wheels mount BF Goodrich G-Force
performance radials. The interior has been restored with new black
leather upholstery on the sport seats. This Corvette has all of the
convenience features including air conditioning, digital dash,
6-way power driver/passenger seat and tilt/telescopic wheel. It is
also equipped with power locks, power tinted windows, anti-theft
and cruise control. A factory Delco/Bose AM/FM/Cassette sound
system provides your tunes and the one-piece black Targa top is
removable.
The drivetrain, suspension and brakes of the C4 are of competition
quality including forged aluminum front/rear control arms, tubular
aluminum drive shafts and transverse monolith springs. Horsepower
is furnished by a 350ci/L98 small-block that was factory equipped
with aluminum heads. The engine utilizes a Bosch Multi-Port Fuel
Injection System along with a roller cam and lifter configuration.
The motor was factory rated at 240 BHP @4000 RPM and 340lb/ft
torque. It is equipped with a HD radiator, electric cooling fan and
serpentine belt system. Torque is delivered through a 4-speed/OD
automatic transmission to a factory posi-traction differential. The
chassis is equipped with power steering, 4-wheel ABS power disc
brakes w/11.5" rotors. This handsome C4 coupe is a good Corvette
