105,061 kilometers Known as Toyotas longest running series of
models, the Land Cruiser has been in production since 1951 and over
10 million units had been sold worldwide as of 2019. It has taken
many forms over the years but the Station Wagon series, which began
production in 1967, is what most people probably imagine when they
think of a Toyota Land Cruiser. Due to their emphasis on comfort
and interior space, these family-oriented Land Cruisers were
popular throughout the world as recreational use vehicles. The 80
series, and subsequent 100 series offered throughout the 1990s
contained several different choices of engine and fuel type
depending on consumer needs. Options were available for both
gasoline and diesel powered Inline 6-cylinder models, as well as
Toyotas first gasoline powered V8 engine beginning in 1998. In some
markets these all-wheel drive vehicles were sold with a 4 or
5-speed manual transmission option however, most of the Station
Wagon series models we carry here at Duncan are automatic. The 80
series also brought with it an option for third row seating, a
configuration not available prior to 1990. Due to reduced sales and
limited production capacity, the Toyota Land Cruiser has been
discontinued in the United States and Canada as of 2021, but it is
still a popular choice among sport utility buyers in other markets.
Third party pre-purchase inspections are welcomed and encouraged.
All vehicles sold by Duncan come with a clean U.S. title
