Produced from 1966 to 1973 the Triumph GT-6 is based from the popular Triumph Spitfire. Italian designer Giovanni Michelotti was commissioned by Standard-Triumph to design a GT version of the Spitfire and the result was the GT-6. Our 1971 MK-III here was a stalled project from about 25 years ago. The car had all new floors installed and was completely painted and placed back into clean dry storage where it remained when we ran it through our shop. and completely went through the fuel system and brake and fuel system. This car runs, drives and stops like it should. We also installed a fresh round of new tires. The interior is mostly out of the car but new pieces were purchased and come with the car. Documented with a Heritage Certificate which shows the original color being Laurel Green. The 20+ year old paint is respectable but not perfect. This is an easy project car to finish up as we have done all the hard mechanical work. The mileage is 53,000 and is actual. $9,995.00
