low ORIGNAL 42,079 pampered miles. Stored its whole life indoors,
taken out for the occasional spin around the block or to a car
show. This is very likely one of the best examples surviving today
with comparable miles. Seriously this car is sharp! This stunning
Mustang appears to retain all of its original paint, badging,
stickers, drivetrain, interior etc. and it looks new! TIME CAPSULE
CONDITION!!! This 1987 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 is finished in Oxford
White over a Medium Gray cloth interior. Power is provided by a
5.0-liter V8 mated to a five-speed manual transmission and a
Traction-Lok differential. Additional equipment includes
transparent removable T-top panels, a rear spoiler, fog lights, a
blue accent stripe, air conditioning, power accessories, and a
factory AM/FM cassette player with a graphic equalizer which has
been restored and sounds fantastic. Acquired by the selling dealer
in September 2024 from the original owner. This Fox-Body Mustang is
being offered with factory literature, window sticker, service
records, owners manual, accident-free, and a clean title. The car
is finished in Oxford White with a blue accent stripe on the
bumpers and lower body cladding. Additional exterior details
include transparent removable T-top panels with vinyl covers, fog
lights, a rear spoiler, black side mirrors, and louvered
taillights. Close-up images of the paint, lenses, trim, and body
panel VIN tags are shown in the gallery. You'll notice in the
images on the lower cladding of the front bumper on the passenger
side some horizontal stains that look like a liquid dripped down
and stained the gray paint. The previous owner didn't know what the
chemical was that put those stains there but says they've been
there a long time. To make the front lower area perfect those would
need to be repainted. Fortunately, its only on the gray portion of
the bumper so it would be relatively easy to paint. Factory 15"
wheels are mounted with an older set of 225/60 tires. Stopping
power is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The
Mustang GT came standard with progressive-rate front and rear coil
springs and 'Quadra Shock' rear dampers, which added an additional
pair of horizontally oriented shocks ahead of the rear axle. The
cabin features seating surfaces trimmed in Medium Gray cloth with
matching door panels and carpeting. Amenities include air
conditioning, power windows and locks, cruise control, and a
restored factory AM/FM cassette player with a graphic equalizer. A
two-spoke steering wheel, instrumentation consisting of a
tachometer, an 85-mph speedometer, and gauges for voltage, coolant
temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer
shows 42,079 miles. Odometer readings are reflected in the service
history supporting the mileage as correct. Production numbers for
