Corvette Coupe! Powered by its born-with drivetrain, the 327/350HP
V8 backed by the 4-speed transmission mated to a 3.70 ratio
positraction rear! This Corvette is Finished in the stunning
factory color combination of Trophy Blue over a gorgeous Dark Blue
vinyl Interior. Benefiting from a frame-off Restoration to factory
specs, this corvette was able to achieve a top flight award for its
accuracy of originality. Stand out at shows and gatherings with
this stunning example able to impress the best!
The heart of this corvette, a 327/350HP V8 came into existence
weeks before assembly on July 11th 1966, and its 3.70 ratio rear
end a few weeks earlier on June 21 1966. All this came together on
July 28th, 1966 to complete the assembly of this amazing
automobile. This corvette is very correct retaining the correct
carb number (3884505), Distributor (1111156), Alternator (1100693),
Casting number (3858174), Matching vin stamping and suffix (6127583
F706HT), Block Date Code (F 21 6), Matching Transmission Vin
(6S127583), and rear end (A0 7 11 66). All of these parts correctly
correlate to a 327/350HP with a 4-speed manual transmission.
Finished in the gorgeous color code 980AA trophy Blue. This paint
was expertly applied replicating the original finish perfectly.
Finished with a base coat/clear coat, this creates a bright and
durable finish! The paint shows great on the top half while
retaining some texture on the bottom typical of how they came out
of the factory. The Jams are finished in a beautiful flat/dull
finish again typical of an original car! All bright work has been
expertly polished and creates a fantastic border around the glass
and such. The Chrome has all been refinished to a show quality
mirror like finish! Equipped with the Spinner Hubcaps that have
been restored to their former glory. These hubcaps are wrapped in
BF Goodrich Silvertown 7.75-15 white wall tires.
The Side exit exhaust finishes off this corvette's great exterior
look.
Open up the door and be greeted by a beautifully restored factory
code 418AA Dark Blue Vinyl interior. Equipped with supportive
bucket seats, with a plush and soft feel that provides plenty of
comfort. The gauges are not only beautiful but function correctly
as well with the exception of the clock! The Rosewood steering
wheel adds a touch of luxury and has a great feel to it! Add some
tunes to your drive with the AM/FM Radio that sounds great! Extend
the range with just a push of a bottom via the Power antenna!

ease producing a beautiful sound out of the side exit exhaust.
