The original owner, Leslie R Lilly, Was a Decorated Vietnam Veteran.
His job in the military was a helicopter door gunner and helicopter mechanic.
He was a master mechanic for his entire adult life.
Mr Lilly passed away in 2022.
His daughter handled the sale of his prized Chrysler.
Mr Lilly also stripped this Newport down to bare metal & applied a
beautiful repaint in the original color of Persian white.
New black power convertible top w/ glass window.
Factory Fender Skirts. The grill is excellent, The front bumper is pretty nice,
The rear bumpe is a bit cloudy.. Tail light bezels are a little pitted.
Brand new torque thrust Aluminum wheels & White lettered radial tires.
The black interior is just killer. Seat belts, Excellent Door Panels,
Carpet & Dash.. Cold light still works.. Black top boot..
Under the hood is very nicely detailed.. The firewall & inner fenders
are beautiful. The 383 is correctly painted. Correct air cleaner..
Just prior to Mr Lilly's passing he was in the process of converting the
A/C system to a modern compressor & R134.. As of today this is still in need of A/C lines &
electrical hookup etc.. He also rebuilt the engine & transmission 1200 miles ago.
In the clean trunk you will find the spare tire, jack & trunk mat..
The undercarriage is super clean & original..
Suspension components & Shocks have been updated.
