Seven Hills Motorcars is tremendously proud to offer this
absolutely stunning, low mileage, and numbers matching 1973
Cadillac Coupe Deville. This Cadillac is in amazing condition, it
looks beautiful, runs great, and drives awesome. This survivor
Cadillac is a time capsule and an investment grade classic. The car
has great lines and is totally solid; one can even see how good the
car is underneath in the many photos of the car on a lift. This is
an excellent opportunity to own an exceptional Deville that is
ready to be used and enjoyed at an unbeatable value.
We have driven this car nearly 200 miles since we purchased it.
During that time, it was completely reliable, had no problems, and
was a true pleasure to drive.
This Cadillac is finished in the beautiful, highly desirable, and
iconic color combination of Dynasty Red (72) over White Leather and
Scarlet carpet (354) with a White (J) vinyl top. This is the
factory original color scheme as verified by the codes on the trim
tag, which is pictured in this ad. This Cadillac has a build date
of "09B," which means it was produced during the second week of
September in 1973. The low original mileage is verified not only by
the condition of the car, but also the clear Ohio title, pictured
in this ad, that states the mileage as "Actual." Please peruse all
of the photos, numbers, video, and information in this ad to get a
true sense of clean, nice, and original this Cadillac really
is.
Besides the correct paint and trim codes, this DeVille is "Numbers
Matching" meaning the engine and transmission in the car are the
correct and original units that were installed in the car new at
the factory in September of 1972. The last six digits of the VIN,
116572, are stamped on the engine pad, pictured in this ad, and the
engine is original to the car. The transmission is also original
with the last six digits of the VIN stamped on the main case and
pictured.
Throughout the entire Cadillac market right now, this is one of the
nicest, and most original coupe Deville's available. There is no
way this car could be duplicated or restored with this level of
quality for anything near our asking price. This Coupe Deville was
purchased from Franklin Cadillac in Cincinnati Ohio on March 19th,
1974. Before being sold to the one and only owner this Cadillac
spent part of its life as a demo for the dealership. This Cadillac
looks great, runs awesome, and is particularly fun to cruise around
in. This is an excellent opportunity to own a classic Cadillac that
is ready to be used and enjoyed at an unbeatable value. One could
easily buy this car now and sell it for more than the purchase
price in years to come as these classic Cadillacs are appreciating
fast and the market on them is red hot right now. It would be very
hard to find another 1973 Cadillac Deville in this amazing color
combination, let alone one with such low original mileage, in such
excellent condition.
This Coupe Deville comes with a wealth of original documentation
such as the original owner's manual, warranty booklet showing the
original selling dealer and original owner's name, 1973 Cadillac
Maintenance booklet, emission information booklet, Tire Warranty
booklet, and the original odometer statement along with the
purchase application. The original documents from when the car was
sold new at the dealership support the history of the car as we
were told.
As a side note, this Cadillac is not a dealer auction vehicle. We
hand pick each car after careful inspection. Our classics come from
owners who expect their cars to go to someone that will give the
vehicle the same care and attention as they did. We invite and
encourage you to examine the car in person or have the car
inspected. Please take the time to scrutinize each picture. We
photograph each vehicle to the greatest extent so you can feel
confident about your purchase. If you have a question about the
Cadillac, just give us a call.
Exterior
The Dynasty Red (72) exterior is in excellent condition. As one can
see in the photos, the finish has dazzling gloss, smooth finish,
and deep shine. Both of the massive and heavy doors open and shut
nicely. The chrome and other bright work is in great condition with
a brilliant finish. The vinyl top looks very nice with no rips or
cracks. The original hubcaps are in great condition with a nice
finish and no curb rash. The whitewall tires are virtually brand
new with less than 200 miles on them, and are the correctly sized
235/75R15. The whitewalls really compliment the white top/interior.
There are no major blemishes that have been intentionally excluded
from the photos. As one would expect from a paintjob with this many
years on it there are some small imperfections around car that were
too small to show up in the photos, but nothing that is really
noticeable from about five feet away. As one can see in the many
photos of the underside of the car, it is very clean and totally
solid underneath. The floor pans are solid and all of the body
panels and sheet metal are original. We have included specific
photos of the lower quarter panels, rockers, frame, spring perches,
and other areas most prone to rust on this generation Cadillac to
show how clean this car is.

The White Leather and Scarlet (354) interior of the Coupe Deville
is in absolutely outstanding condition. The gauge faces are crisp
and clean and the lenses are clear. The chrome and bright work on
the inside of the car also looks wonderful. The carpet is in also

excellent shape with no excessive wear, holes, or split seams. The
seat are not worn in the typical area where the driver gets in and
out. Please note that these appear to be the original seats and
skins, not some cheap aftermarket covers or replacements. There is
one spot of wear on the left rear seat bottom. The original radio
turns on and lights up, but does not play sound. Most importantly,
the dash has never been cut for an afte...for more information
