Vehicle Description
This custom 1970 Ford F-100 short-bed pickup known as "Sunshine"
underwent a high-quality complete nut-and-bolt restoration and is
powered by a 5.0-liter Coyote engine backed by a 6R80 6-speed
automatic transmission. It retains all its original body and
windshield trim, which was sent out and fully restored and
polished. The front suspension consists of a QA1 full front
suspension kit with power rack & pinion steering. The rear
suspension employs a Porterbuilt 4-link kit holding a 9-inch rear
end in place. It has QA1 coilovers on the front and rear. Stopping
is courtesy of Wilwood disc brakes using a power-assisted Wilwood
master cylinder. It is fed by a custom Boyd fuel tank with an
in-tank EFI pump. It is also equipped with a Power by the Hour
front runner system and ECU control packs. This pickup exhales out
of a custom stainless dual exhaust with stainless MagnaFlow
mufflers and polished Stainless Works tips. The exterior is
expertly finished in its original colors of Yucatan Gold and
Wimbledon White. It rides on 3030 Autosport 20-inch custom-made
wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires. The interior features a
Snowden custom black and plaid bench seat with cupholders, TMI
Sport door panels, headliner, carpet and dash pad, all finished in
black with suede inserts. It also features a Solos MFG custom dash
insert featuring a Pioneer double-DIN head unit and Vintage Air
controller, along with Dakota Digital gauges and a Vintage Air Sure
Fit system. It features a custom stereo system with components from
Pioneer, Kicker and Alpine. There's also a Digital Dawg push-button
start, American Autowire full wiring harness, and a multitude of
parts ordered from Fat Fender Garage, Power by the Hour and LMC
Truck. This fresh build is an original Sport Custom short-bed
sourced from California and was professionally built by New England
Muscle Cars in Lakeville, MA, completed in September 2024 with
