Vehicle Description
This custom 1968 Chevrolet Camaro is the recipient of a two-year
frame-off rotisserie restoration and is powered by a 6.2-liter LS3
with Fi-Tech induction mated to a Tremec TR6060 6-speed manual
transmission with a hydraulic clutch and Curie Tru Trac
differential. It was built on a TCI custom strong-arm chassis and
suspension. Stopping power is provided by Wilwood big brakes,
6-piston in the front and 4-piston 13-inch in the rear. The
exterior features Dakota flush-mounted windshield and back glass.
Other features include Kindig-It spoon handles, as well as a steel
Stinger hood, with front cowl smoothed and body seams filled. The
exterior was stripped, received several coats of Valspar DTM for
blocking with minimal body filler, and was finished with three
coats of Cortez Silver, three of Brandywine and then five coats of
House of Kolor Show Klear, then cut and buffed. It rides on
staggered U.S. Mags wheels, 18x8-inch in the front and 18x10-inch
in the rear. The wheels are wrapped in 18/225/40 Nitto 555 tires in
front and 18/225/45 in the rear. Dynamat Xtreme was applied to all
interior surfaces, and then a one-off custom interior was designed
using the most premium materials and German square-weave wool
carpet. It has an American Autowire custom upgrade system with
Alpine Audio system delivering concert sound, along with a Dakota
Digital HDX gauge console. A Vintage Air Gen V system was installed
in a custom one-off dash, all in a Parchment White theme. This
one-off custom was performed by the team from Denny's Bowtie
Restorations. ** PREVIEW
