Even amongst all the other beautiful cars this one has been getting
several compliments. The color combination is awesome! The owner
just had this car inspected front to back, he spent 10s of
thousands of dollars on upgrades.
EXTERIOR: It is very straight, no dents, damage, or rust. It has
the NASA scooped hood, sport mirrors, front and rear spoilers. The
paint is a sharp burgundy metallic that was just ceramic coated, it
is slick. Only minor flaws if you look for them. The hood stripe
and rear spoiler is painted gloss black. The side stripes are
correct decals. Windshield is crystal clear. The bumpers and trim
are straight and shiny, has correct antenna. Custom gas cap. The 15
inch Magnum 500 wheels sparkle and have BFG sneakers.
INTERIOR: The seats are fantastic. Recently recushioned and custom
upholstered. New door panels and carpet. The wiring was replaced.
Clean dash area, factory tachometer. A retro stereo is hooked to 2
speakers in back. Headliner is excellent, dome light works. The
plastic trim and console are in great shape. Sharp looking Shelby
style steering wheel.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: 351 Cleveland motor has a new programmable fuel
injection system. It also has a new programmable electronic
ignition system. New ceramic headers. New aluminum radiator.
Completely rebuilt and updated air conditioning system. New belts
and hoses. It features power steering and brakes. It looks complete
and proper- horns and squirters are hooked up. The metal surfaces
are painted neatly.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Clean metal. Under the trunk lid and jamb are
glossy. The compartment is spatter painted.
Weatherstrip was replaced.
UNDERSIDE: It has the competition suspension with staggered rear
shocks. The front end looks pretty fresh-balljoints, springs,
steering components, swaybar bushings etc. New shocks all around.
New fuel tank and sending unit. New exhaust system with Flowmaster
mufflers. The brakes were redone, new lines and hoses. It has disc
in front, e-brake assembly is hooked up. Bottom of the motor is
clean, starter looks fresh. The C-6 transmission was just rebuilt.
Rebuilt driveshaft connects to the original rear end. The floors
have been restored, no rust, all metal.
It is very well sorted, actually a shop just charged him $45,000 to
inspect and service this car. It's turnkey ready to enjoy.
I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for
virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant
amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my
professional impression of the vehicle. Our salesmen are happy to
assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are
answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video
that explains the car's condition in detail. **These cars are
displayed in a museum. If interested in a particular car make an
appointment with a salesman to see that car. Without an appointment
there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you buy a car,
your admission will be refunded and you will be given a 1 year
membership.
