This week, Canyon State Classics brings to market a beautiful 2000
Cadillac Escalade in 41U Sable Black over Neutral Shale Leather
interior. This Escalade was purchased new in Sherman Oaks, CA in
April of 2000 and remained in that area until 2021 when it was
moved to TX briefly before finding us. The OBS series Escalade was
only available in 1999 & 2000 and most examples have extremely high
miles and spotty ownership. This truck has been well serviced,
looked after and used sparingly- thats why it only has 75k miles!
This truck had an original MSRP of almost $47,000, so don't miss

This Escalade is finished in Sable Black and has just been through
our detail shop for a full cut, buff and hand wax! The body on the
Cadi is totally solid and rust free as any lifelong CA truck should
be, and it never saw salt. I have inspected the body and cannot
find a single spot of rust. Carfax reports a minor damage to the
left side of the truck in 2018 however we cannot find evidence of
replaced parts. Minor scratches and blemishes are consistent with
the miles and major ones have been pictured above. This truck was
optioned with ZW9 Dual Rear Cargo or Barn doors. The axles and
suspension case are all stock, and ride height has never been
modified with any sort of a lift or lowering kit. This truck has
never seen any off-road use or abuse judging by its perfect
exterior condition. The factory Cadillac 16" alloy wheels are in
nice shape and wrapped in newer truck radials. Everything runs and
functions as it should.
The interior is in great shape all around. All seats, door panels,
carpets, and floor mats are in very nice condition and consistent
with the overall fit and finish of this Escalade. The interior is
extremely comfortable and well optioned with all the interior
goodies. This Cadi features aftermarket second row flip down tv and
a custom 3rd row jump seat. This Escalade looks great for the age,
a true testament to the keen ownership. All lights, dials, gauges
function properly. Overall condition of the interior is a 9 out of
10.
Mechanically, this Escalade runs GREAT! It starts right up and
shifts great. The 5.7L V8 engine has never been neglected and runs
like a top! Every mechanical system on this Cadi was gone through
and given a clean bill of health. The engine compartment was fully
detailed to show condition. See the underside pics of this truck-
no rust! The truck is tight as a drum and doesn't leak a drop of
anything. Everything under the hood is in excellent mechanical and
cosmetic condition and OEM parts are used throughout. We put the
truck through our shop, inspected it and replaced the following:
Upper & lower control arms, wipers, filters, drive belts, spark
plugs, sway bar links, fuel filter, window switch and
headlights.
All in all, this is one heck of a nice truck to drive and will get
compliments as well as stares everywhere it goes. If you have been
