Vehicle Description
1936 Ford Model 68 Deluxe Fordor Sedan Why This Car Is Special The
Ford Model Model 68 Deluxe Fordor was an update on Ford's
V8-powered Model 40A, the company's main product. Introduced in
1935, the Model 48 was given a cosmetic refresh annually and those
looks vaulted the company ahead of rival Chevrolet for the sales
crown that year, with 820,000 sold. The restored example 1936 Ford
Fordor we have at Skyway Classics is a factory correct example of
how simple the looks of the suicide doors makes this sedan into a
cult vehicle. Style and function were at the top priority of
production back then and this car is a wonderful example of those
30's era automobiles. Features 1936 Ford Model 68 Deluxe Fordor
