GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1965 Dodge Coronet coupe
for purchase. The Coronet nameplate reappeared from Dodge on the
mid-size offering in 1965 after a long absence. They were available
in three trim levels: the Coronet, Coronet 440, and Coronet 500.
The main difference was the additional chrome trim and carpeting on
the 440 and bucket seats with a center console on the Sportier 500.
While other Mopar nameplates may resonate more with enthusiasts,
the Coronets from 65-67 really helped Dodge establish a name for
themselves in the emerging muscle car market.
This Coronet is in excellent condition as it was the recipient of a
rotisserie restoration with added mini-tubs. The built 440ci V8 has
been bored 30 over and features aluminum heads, a hydraulic cam, an
aluminum intake, and an 850 double-pumper carburetor. Electric
cut-outs, a six-point roll cage, a custom interior, and cowl track
suspension make this Coronet stand out among the rest! Drive this
