Vehicle Description
This 1974 BMW 2002Tii underwent a frame-off restoration completed
in November 2019 by 2002 AD in Pomona, CA. Power comes from its
original 2.0-liter M10 inline-4 engine with forged pistons,
internal upgrades and rebuilt Kugelfischer mechanical fuel
injection, mated to a 4-speed manual transmission. Every nut and
bolt has been replated, and the car also features powder-coated
subframes and a European bumper conversion. Refinished in its
original Taiga Green, this example sits on an updated, fully
independent suspension with front disc and rear drum brakes. It
rolls on factory 13-inch steel wheels with chrome trim rings and
wears Cooper Trendsetter SE tires. The original black vinyl
interior features seats that have been restuffed with modern
cushions, the original dash, and new soundproofing and carpet.
Other amenities include a heater, manual windows and woven
floormats. The seller states that the car never had speaker holes
or a radio and that the clock functions intermittently. The sale
includes detailed receipts totaling more than $40,000. **TITLE
