Everyone has their own definition of a Hot Rod. That specific car
that brings back memories and laid the streets for their own
personal obsession. The Revheads crew thinks of fat tires, zoomie
headers, and a blown motor chopping as you step on the gas. We
found this 1932 Ford 3 window Coupe in need of some TLC, with plans
to bring it back to its former glory. Without saying another word,
the results speak for themselves.
Once our detailer worked his magic. The Burnt Orange Copper
metallic paint accents the lines and curves, with just the right
amount of hand laid pinstriping. Suicide doors that open and close
smoothly on the Downs industries body, equipped with safety pins
for an extra step of protection. Add even more old-school flare to
the exterior. The first thing on our list was ditching the street
tires and throwing on a set of fat 32/17.5" Micky Thompson ET
Streets rubber on the rear giving the attitude we wanted. Side pipe
exhaust was tossed in the scrap bin and replaced with Sanderson
Zoomie headers for the iconic sound. The blown 383 Stroker was torn
down, polished, and tuned getting ready to hit the streets. With
just a few modifications, we sparked new life into this rowdy
coupe.
Sitting in the driver's seat you'll find this coupe has plenty of
room to cruise comfortably. Power windows and ice-cold A/C allow
you to quiet things down on the highway while staying cool and
classy gripping the half-wrapped billet steering wheel. The Copper
orange dash acts as the center piece to a gorgeous blend of leather
and carpet upholstery. Just enough accenting colors woven into the
door panels and floorboard really keeps this build clean. Splashing
in chrome and billet aluminum components to tie everything
together. Interior styling continues into the trunk, housing the
battery and fuel cell. While keeping things neat and clean for
those that desire show quality presentation.
Billet and Chrome continue from the motor down to the suspension
and undercarriage. All Chrome suspension components make cleaning a
breeze while adding that iconic look. Color matched frame rails and
underneath of the cab truly show how much effort and detail was put
into this build. Officially checking all the boxes on our list
representing one amazing hot rod. Take your time and flip through
our catalog of stunning images showcasing the details and
attributes. From top to bottom and side to side, this is one
radical ride.
