For Sale at Auction: 2015 Aston Martin DB9 in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Vehicle Description

Chassis No. SCFFDAEM8FGA16323

Designed by the legendary duo of Ian Callum Henrik Fisker, the DB9 was Aston Martin's finest grand touring car upon release. Available as both a coupe and a convertible, the DB9 succeeded the DB7 and debuted at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2003 with the innovative VH (Vertical Horizontal) platform. This aluminum chassis offered both lightness and rigidity. From sleek aerodynamic lines to a well-appointed interior, the DB9 followed the Aston Martin tradition of being an exceptional grand tourer while showcasing its engineering capabilities.

This 2015 Aston Martin DB9 Coupe exudes sophistication with its Nero Black exterior, complemented by a luxurious Ivory leather interior. The DB9's striking appearance features a Tungsten grille, Xenon headlights, and dual exhaust outlets. To fulfill its role as a high-speed grand touring car, under the hood lies a 5.9-liter V12 engine delivering 510 horsepower and 457 lb-ft of torque, paired with a six-speed ZF Touchtronic 2 automatic transaxle and a limited-slip differential. This power is managed by the optional 20-inch 10-spoke Liquid Silver aluminum alloy wheels, adaptive dampers, and ceramic-composite brakes with optional contrasting red painted brake calipers.

Inside, the Ivory leather seats are heated, power-adjustable, and adorned with optional DB9 logos embroidered into the headrests. Additionally, the interior is optionally equipped with contrasting carpet binding, piano black facia trim with matching door tops, Alcantara accents, and the trinket stowage option. Comfort and convenience features include front-seat position memory, a rearview camera, a retractable navigation screen, an Aston Martin 700-watt premium audio system, cruise control, and automatic climate control.

Under current ownership, the car received a full paint correction and paintless dent removal before XPEL paint protection film was installed on the front bumper, hood, and front quarter panels. Once the film was complete, a ceramic coating was applied. In preparation for sale, the yearly scheduled service was completed in August 2024, with the intake manifold gaskets and brake booster replaced and the brake fluid flushed in July 2023.

With innovative engineering, and critically acclaimed styling, this 2015 Aston Martin DB9 Coupe remains, as Aston Martin themselves put it that year, the epitome of Power, Beauty, and Soul poised to crush backroad miles in total comfort and style.
