Thunderbird was a rear wheel drive automobile which was
manufactured by Ford in the United States over eleven model

car. The 1957 Ford Thunderbird we have at Skyway Classics is
painted in Baby Blue with the black and white Interior, 312 cubic
inch engine, freshly painted and detailed engine compartment,
Automatic Transmission, Power Steering, fender skirts, and the
chrome hubcaps on factory steel wheels with wide white sidewall
tires, looks as period correct as it did when it was new. Features

Specs Ours has what looks like an original engine compartment that
we have detailed with most the factory correct hoses, clamps, and
accessories as well as what we believe to be the factory correct
312 cubic inch V8 with 4-barrel carb engine which had become the
Thunderbird€s standard engine, and now produced 270 horsepower in
1957. It has the dress up kit with the correct finned Thunderbird
valve covers, red painted engine block, heads, and intake, Power
Steering, chrome open element chrome air cleaner, automatic
transmission that shifts perfect, and the fully functional hood
scoop. The exhaust system is good and the chassis is largely
original looking and it rolls on a set of chrome factory hubcaps
and wide white sidewall tires. Interior You will like the black and
white interior with the bench seat, door panels that match, factory
black dash, gauges that are in original condition and look great in
the machine turned dash, radio, along with black carpets and the
factory steering wheel. The trunk looks as it has the original
trunk floor mat and the spare tire and wheel too. Exterior The
Thunderbird was revised for 1957 with a reshaped front bumper, a
larger grille and tailfins, and larger tail lamps. The newer Baby
Blue paint and bodywork on ours as well as the fit and finish are
nicely done. The graceful fins and body lines has straight panels
and the taillight end caps round out the rear end of the car. Other
details like the Thunderbird badges, rear bumper with integrated
exhaust outlets, and the fender skirts are all great. Conclusion
