Vehicle Description
This 1956 Ford F-100 custom pickup underwent a ground-up build and
is powered by a 351ci Cleveland HO engine rated with 300hp, mated
to a 3-speed automatic transmission with a Lokar shifter. This
pickup features a stainless-steel gas tank and exhaust, mono
springs, gas shocks and big sway bars. In 1980 this pickup was
finished in Poppy Red lacquer, with striping and letters completed
by Butch Brinza. The exterior features new glass and chrome and an
oak wood bed, while the leather interior is equipped with power
steering, power brakes, air conditioning and a Wheel Shop
banjo-leather wheel. This pickup was purchased in 1996 as a
project, with the rest completed by the owner over the span of two
years. It was owned by the same person for 27 years.
