F150 XLT single cab 4X4 short box for consideration. This is a 3
owner truck that resided in the State of Oregon from new until our
recent acquisition. This F150 remains highly original in all areas
and is powered by its original 5.0 liter V8 engine, automatic
transmission with overdrive and 4 wheel drive. It is dressed in its
desirable factory color, Ebony Black, over Grey custom cloth
interior. It is highly optioned to include, XLT package, power
steering, power brakes, power windows, power locks, power mirrors,
air conditioning, AM/FM stereo with cassette, sliding rear window,
bench seat with fold down armrest, auxiliary power, factory
aluminum wheels, free-wheeling front hubs, chrome front and rear
bumpers, step rear bumper, 6 foot box with liner etc.
Today and just 92470 miles, this F150 shorty remains in excellent
overall original condition. Of course there are a few minor bumps
and bruises as it is 32 years old. The exterior paint is deep and
glossy with no major flaws or blemishes, the chrome and trim are
excellent. The interior is clean and comfortable; a few minor
blemishes but no rips or tears in the seat or carpet, a small mark
in the headliner. The dash remains in excellent condition.
Mechanically, this truck runs and drives great. It starts with no
issue, tracks down the road straight, tight suspension and
steering, confident braking and cold air conditioning. We have used
this F150 as an errand runner for our business for nearly a month
with no issues. It receives smiles and thumbs up wherever it is
seen. The tires are newer with less than 2000 miles on them.
These 90's Ford's are the golden generation of pickups. They
provide the perfect combination of classic styling, performance and
reliability. The single cab, short box 4X4 varent is among the most
desireable and lower mile quality examples as the one here are
becoming more scarce every passing day. This truck checks all the
