Original Numbers (194676S122202) rebuilt 327 300 hp (30 over) all new internal engine parts and drivetrain mounts. Rebuilt original Power Glide transmission, new Converter Flex Plate & Starter. Original 4-wheel Disc Brakes, new pads & Master Cylinder. Rebuilt rear Differential. Completely rebuilt front & rear suspension, all new rubber & upgraded 7/8" Sway Bar (Correct Steering Stabilizer Cylinder & mounts). New rear trailing arm bearings/bushings & shims. Remanufactured Frame by Rogers Corvette Frame Shop in Grand Rapids, MI. The frame was sandblasted Pre/Post assembly then etched. One white Rustoleum primer & second tan primer applied then a final Black topcoat. Inside of frame was coated with Eastwood Green Primer using tubed nozzle sprayer. All new body mounts & bushings. Four new P215/55R17 Hankook Tires with Roush Road Force Balance on American Racing Special Edition Chrome Wheels. New Alternator, Red-Top Optima 800 CCA Battery, 8.5 mm Plug Wires & AC Plugs, new plug wire guards. Original radiator re-cored, new fan clutch & thermostat (runs 170-180 in traffic). New 20 Gal. fuel tank, sending unit, fuel pump & new steel fuel line from tank to pump. New steering column bushings and turn signal cancel parts. New two speaker installed in original dash placement with Bluetooth capable aftermarket am/fm radio installed. All lights, gauges, & clock work as they should. All build/parts receipts in document folder.
A 58 year old vehicle is going to require attention occasionally but this vehicle has the majority of those issues addressed. This car is a blast to drive and was built to be driven.
