Vehicle Description
This 1968 Ford Mustang Eleanor Tribute Edition is a completely
fresh, "out of the wrapper" full rotisserie restoration with
shake-down miles only. Under the hood sits a Roush-supercharged
intercooled Ford Gen 3 Coyote 5.0-liter fuel-injected
aluminum-block engine rated at 750hp, coupled to a 6-speed manual
transmission. The engine is cooled with an aluminum radiator and
electric fans, and exhales through ceramic headers. All the factory
suspension was replaced with modern technology, including upgraded
5-link rear suspension with adjustable front and rear coilovers, a
Ford 9-inch rear end, and electro-hydraulic steering. It is also
equipped with Wilwood disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors.
The exterior features custom show-ready red LED lighting in the
engine area, cabin and exterior ground effects. Between the rear
taillights, it has a custom "Gone in 60 Seconds" laser-cut logo
that lights up in color. It was professionally finished in a
blended Pepper Gray Metallic two-stage paint, along with black body
stripes and generous layers of clearcoat. The underside of the car
and the engine compartment areas were meticulously prepared and
painted in the body color to allow it to be wiped down with ease.
In addition, the exterior body gaps and alignment are
laser-straight. This Eleanor fastback rolls on custom Eleanor-style
wheels with performance tires. The all-new deluxe interior features
custom "Gone in 60 Seconds" embroidered seats and a custom center
console, with stainless-steel billet trim on the dash and door
panels. The rear area is equipped with a matching factory-style
fold-down seat. It also has a custom roll bar. The factory-style
dash cluster is fitted with retro-styled brand-new modern Velocity
gauges. Sound is provided by a RetroSound stereo with Bluetooth
connectivity. It is also equipped with vintage-styled modern
ice-cold air conditioning. This all-new Eleanor fastback was
granted an official license and certificate of authenticity issued
by Eleanor Licensing LLC for Eleanor's character, looks and image
as it appeared in the 2000 film "Gone in 60 Seconds." It has all
the movie-correct Eleanor body modifications, including the wired
"Go Baby Go" NOS-armed dash switch (non-operational) and shifter
knob. The sale includes a full start-to-finish build book with over
150 restoration photos, a 30x40-inch professionally assembled "Gone
in 60 seconds" framed presentation of the official movie poster,
along with authentic officially signed photos of the lead cast
members, Angelina Jolie and Nicolas Cage. ** PREVIEW
