This 1931 Ford Model A Deluxe Coupe is a beautifully frame off
restored Model A that was restored around 12 years ago and has only
around 1800 miles on it since it was completed. It has always been
stored in a climate controlled building and it is still in
excellent condition. Everything was new or rebuilt when this was
restored and quite frankly, it probably looks better than if you
bought it in 1931. This car is loaded with options like dual fender
spare tire covers, Deluxe rear trunk and mount, grille guard, and
Cowl Lights.
The body on this Model A is extremely nice and it is an all steel
body and fenders. When it was professionally repainted they had it
painted in the original color scheme of Kewanne Green and Brewster
Green with Black fenders. This is a high quality paint job that
still looks amazing and it even has the hand painted pin striping
to match the wheels. All of the chrome and stainless is also in
excellent condition. The Vinyl Top is excellent and the underside
is also super clean as you would expect on a restoration like
this.
The interior was also completely restored and looks beautiful too.
The gauges all work and the windows roll up and down nicely. The
lights are all working and the horn works as well. All of the
upholstery in this car was redone and it is like new. It has the
Lebarron-Bonney Kit. This is a high quality reproduction. It is a
beautiful interior.
Mechanically this car is excellent. It starts easy and runs and
drives wonderful. The engine is the original 201 Inline 4 Cylinder
that was rebuilt to stock specs. It runs awesome. It has the 3
Speed manual transmission with a good clutch that was also rebuilt.
It has the 19 Inch Painted Wheels and 2 spares with white-wall
Firestone tires. Everything looks nearly new on this Model A and
the next owner will be proud to own it.
