An extensive frame-off restoration was performed on this numbers
matching, color correct, Regimental Red 1967 Pontiac GTO
convertible with newer color correct, black bucket seat interior
with console with GTO dual gate shifter, topped off with a new
black canvas convertible power top.
The metal structure of this GTO is excellent with tight panel
fitment, professionally painted in correct Pontiac R-code,
Regimental Red. The base coat, clear coat paint has an excellent
finish and is surrounded by show quality chrome and stainless
trim.
Under the GTO snorkel hood is a show quality engine compartment,
showcasing a numbers matching 400 cubic inch V8 engine with 335
horsepower, a numbers matching TH400 heavy duty automatic
transmission, nicely optioned with power steering and power front
disc brakes.
The beautiful black interior is like new and has been extensively
restored including the woodgrain trim, new GTO steering wheel and
upgraded with a Pontiac Retro Sound stereo system. The
undercarriage is very impressive with structurally beautiful
painted floors and frame with a long list of new parts.
This little GTO is really looking fine, rolling on correct Pontiac
rally rims and new redline radials for that investment grade,
classic curb appeal.
