This vehicle was built in Fremont California and spent most of its life in Arizona before being brought to Ohio. The vehicle retains all of its original body panels including floor pans and trunk, and they are all in excellent shape. This vehicle is absolutely stunning, the exterior is complimented with all the SS badging and the factory steel SS Cowl hood with ornaments. On top of that this car has the very popular matching numbers 396 Big Block motor in a very detailed engine compartment. Exterior Highlights:
The exterior of the car is flat out stunning with the awesome lines of the 1967 Chevelle and the very original look of the car. This vehicle has been repainted to the factory original trim tag correct Sierra fawn color, the paint on the car is very nice. The vehicle has a black vinyl top which was also a factory original option. The panel fit on this car is excellent, about as good as it gets, which is a testament to the awesome undercarriage of this muscle car. This vehicle has the real muscle car stance that everyone looks for. The wheel and tire combination are very sharp with the original DG coded rally wheels and excellent red line tires. This vehicle is set off by the original SS and 396 badging and very popular steel SS hood with excellent ornaments. All of the trim on the car is excellent including the front and rear chrome bumpers. The grill and black trunk panel are excellent. The trunk on the car is show car quality with spare tire and jack included as the pictures show. The interior of the car is show quality and spectacular like the rest of the car. The vehicle features a fairly stock interior that is in excellent condition with black bucket seats(with factory seat belts) that surround the excellent center console with functioning clock. The vehicle is equipped with tinted glass that is clear and crack free. The interior of this Chevelle is amazing, all the details that are usually overlooked are excellent on this car including all the details on the dash, the the carpet is new, the headliner is new, everything has been gone over and made right. The vehicle is equipped with a very sharp walnut sport steering wheel. This vehicle is equipped with its original gauges in an excellent dash. Mechanical Highlights:
Mechanically this vehicle has everything you would want, perfectly running, matching numbers 396 V8 with 325 horsepower, matching numbers 4-Speed transmission, and date code correct 12 bolt rear end. This car starts, runs, drives, and stops without any issues. The engine in the vehicle was rebuilt to original specs with hardened seats in exhaust valves. The vehicle is equipped with its factory original carburetor that has been rebuilt. The engine has less than 1000 miles on it since it was rebuilt. The M-21 4-speed transmission is also numbers matching and was also completely rebuilt. The rear end has 3:31 gears and is a 12 bolt with post. The vehicle has all new 4 wheel disk brakes, which is the way it came from the factory. The vehicle is also equipped with power steering. The vehicle has a 15/16 front sway bar and new ball joints. The vehicle has new wheel bearings and shocks. The undercarriage of the car is incredible with all original floor and trunk pans, the frame is shiny black.
