Here is a great entry level classic for those looking for a daily driver that is turn key ready. With matching numbers and mostly original equipment, this four door sedan has been a dependable cruiser since it was put back on the road in 2022.
With new wiring throughout the car, there are no electrical issues present. All new interior with digital radio and dual 6x9 speakers installed. The radio is also bluetooth capable with a microphone for phone calls. Heater and defrost system works like new. This is car is not equipped with A/C.
Both the engine and auto four speed transmission have been rebuilt, and have less than 3000 miles on them. Engine is currently equipped with a modern Holley 350cfm two barrel carburetor. The original carb and oil bath air cleaner is in storage. The carb is being fed by an electric fuel pump. Currently averages 16mpg city, 19mpg highway.
Still retains its original glass with new weather stripping and fuzzy channels installed. All manual crank windows open and close properly The windshield was replaced, but has since cracked on the driverside from a rock hit during interstate travels.
The original wheels and wheel covers are wrapped in Coker wide white wall tires. The front suspension is original, while the rear leaf springs recieved new bushings.
The body was sandblasted and sealed while it was disassembled. New front floor boards were installed, while other exterior blemishes were largely left alone. The car was repainted its original colors with single stage flat paint. It is NOT primer.
