started life in Kansas City, Missouri the 2nd week of March 1964 as
a 'Malibu Deluxe 8-Cylinder El Camino', the top trim level you
could get. This Chevy was optioned with Air Conditioning, Tinted
Glass, 4-speed transmission, and bucket seats. It is presented in a
beautiful Bright Red over Black interior combination. The paint and
chrome are in very good condition. The body is straight with good
gaps throughout. This El Camino spent most of its life in the
southern U.S. and the floors and frame are excellent. It is powered
by a strong running Small Block Chevrolet 283 engine mated to a 4
speed manual transmission. The air conditioning works well and the
truck is very comfortable on the street. The interior features a
new carpet and El Camino embroidered floor mats. The door panels
and headliner are in excellent condition. The dash is showing a
little wear but is free of cracks and tears. The bucket seats are
in good shape. An AM/FM radio is installed with aftermarket
speakers behind the seats. This Chevy has power steering for
comfortable driving and rides on 14 inch Third Gen Chevrolet Rally
wheels wrapped in 205/70 General Altimax Radial tires. This is a
