produced in 1968, only 36,362 were fortunate enough to be 4-4-2s.
This example has been in the same family since new and is in
fantastic shape all the way around! Under the hood is the original
matching numbers 400 CID Rocket V8 rated from the factory at 350
HP! All the shifting is done through the original Muncie 4-speed
manual transmission complete with Hurst Shifter. All that power is
put to the ground thanks to a 3:23 gear ratio 12 bolt posi rear
end. Best of all, we have the original bill of sale and sales
invoice which are included with the sale. You certainly don't see
that every day, and that makes this 1 family owned Olds a real
treat.
The body is incredibly straight and the correct code "F" Teal Frost
metallic paint is laid down like glass. All the chrome and
brightwork shine extremely well and the fit/finish is quite
remarkable overall. The bucket seat interior is finished in a
matching teal blue that really completes the sleek look.
Unbelievable attention to detail and the amount of love put in to
this car shows everywhere you look, right down the correct trombone
style exhaust tips. Our Olds is a great driver too and features
power steering, power brakes with front disc, Oldsmobile SS1 style
wheels wrapped in Firestone Sup-R-Belt bias ply tires and W30 style
