Vehicle Description
This custom 1956 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is powered by a
5.7-liter LS1 show-polished V8 engine rated at 400hp connected to a
T56 6-speed manual transmission. This Corvette sits on a Paul
Newman C4 chassis conversion with a powder-coated frame and
components. It rolls on 17-inch C5 wheels mounted over 14-inch Baer
power brakes. With a convertible soft-top, the interior features
custom-contoured burgundy-and-tan leather seats, a Vintage Air
system, Borgeson Street & Performance power steering and
computer-conversion gauges, and restored gauge clusters by Rogers
Clocks. The legroom on the driver's side has been increased by
adding a short-throw hydraulic clutch with the seat lowered and
pushed back 2 inches. This garaged 'Vette has just over 750 miles
since restoration. ** PREVIEW
