Vehicle Description
This custom 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Split-Window Coupe is powered
by an LS9 ZR1 V8 crate engine with a polished supercharger rated at
638hp and 604 ft/lbs of torque, cooled by a custom aluminum
radiator with dual electric fans. The engine is backed by a TREMEC
TKO 600 5-speed manual transmission coupled to a Dana 44
independent rear end. Stopping power comes from a Hydratech
hydraulic-assist braking system controlling 6-piston Wilwood
calipers on the front and 4-piston Wilwood calipers on the rear.
The underside features a highly polished mandrel-bent MagnaFlow
stainless-steel exhaust system, all set in a red, powder-coated
chassis from Street Shops with fully adjustable coilover shocks on
all four corners. Everything is either chrome, powder-coated,
stainless or aluminum, creating a very functional chassis. The
exterior is finished in Mercedes-Benz Brilliant Silver over a
custom Porsche CanCan Red interior, created by Chuck Rowland Car
Upholstery in Oklahoma. Interior features include one-off seats,
console, door panels and trim, a Vintage Air system, power windows,
power door locks, a Classic Instruments custom dash,
leather-wrapped steering wheel, Daytona weave carpet, a custom
Focal sound system and an alarm. The car rides on custom Schott
wheels wrapped in Michelin performance tires. The sale of this
Corvette includes a custom red cover that matches the interior, and
a storyboard for showing. Less than 550 miles have been driven
since the build was completed. ** PREVIEW
